To ensure 100% satisfaction, all artwork prepared for shipping is first discussed in detail with the customer. Some original artwork (not prints) was created decades ago and any possible minor damage is being documented and communicated with the customer prior to the shipment. Once the artwork leaves our office and is delivered to your place you will have 10 days to examine it. If you find the art not suitable and wish to return it, you will be refunded in full according to the purchase price stated in the invoice. Shipping fees charged are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipment of artwork to: Jivan Leela, Ocht Art, Benzstraße 4, 64646 Heppenheim, Germany. Returns for which we are responsible are of course at our expense. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We suggest you choose a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance; we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned artwork.
When does the refund get issued?
After we have received the artwork, which remained in the same good condition, we'll process your refund and will notify you about the progress. Credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 days after the approval for a refund was done. Please check with your bank and/or with your credit card company, if the refund takes longer than expected.
It is possible to exchange already purchased artwork from our website within 10 days after the purchase was made for another art piece and after balancing the price difference. The process of exchanging artwork may vary in time, depending on the location of delivery. Please contact us.
